A bet on Joya Games is considered accepted only when the system displays a confirmation message. If no confirmation is received due to a technical issue, the bet will be treated as not placed.
If a match or event is cancelled, the venue is changed, or the event ends before the scheduled time, the stake is generally refunded. However, different rules may apply for live bets.
If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical or human error, Joya Games reserves the right to void that bet. In such cases, the full stake will be refunded.
Each market and event has a maximum bet limit. These limits may vary based on account tier, market type, and timing. Joya Games reserves the right to restrict the stake amount on any bet.

Any member may close their account at any time by contacting the support team or submitting a request through account settings. Any withdrawable balance should be cashed out before closing the account.
Joya Games may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:
If an account has no activity but holds a balance, an inactivity fee of ৳100 or 5% of the balance (whichever is lower) will be charged monthly after 18 months. No fee applies once the balance reaches zero.
If you have a dispute or complaint against Joya Games, please contact the support team first. Most issues can be resolved directly. Once a complaint is submitted, you can generally expect a response within 3 to 5 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the member may request third-party mediation. Joya Games will cooperate fully with this process.
In the event of any legal questions regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms & Conditions, international gaming regulations shall take precedence. Disputes will first be addressed through negotiation.
